Puke and starve and cut and drink because you don’t want to feel any of this. Puke and starve and cut and drink because you need an anesthetic and it works. For a while. But then the anesthetic turns into poison and by then it’s too late because you are maintaining it now, straight into your soul.

Hey so I don’t know if you’re interested but I’m starting up a support group for any girls who want to get healthy so we can help one another get fit, feel beautiful in our own skin, and be happy. And really just to have someone else you feel like you can talk to. All the deets are at livingfashion.tumblr. /supportgroup. Best wishes! xox

Binged today, after 65 days. oh well, i guess i have to be more strong-willed and learn from this fucking shit.

congratulate-me:

What sucks is, i tried to talk it out with my friend about my binge habits. why is it so easy to share my experience and hatred for my binge to millions of strangers over the internet, but so hard to tell that one person i’m close to in real life about it? Anyone else have this feeling?

It’s funny, all this running business. For the longest time I had an intense mental block against it: I didn’t understand it, and I was no good at it so I would never enjoy it. But then things changed. I changed. The future scared me so I turned to exercise again and began to do more yoga and jogging around town. Running helped me find my feet when I was lost and didn’t know which way to go with my life. Running has helped me get back to who I really am, and now that I’ve found it I know I’m never going to stop.

Shane Powers ceramic wall planters from West Elm: $20.17 to $73.26 CAD

Immediately I thought of the Ikea ASKER containers which sell for $7 CAD… you could probably use them as planters for a similar effect and a lot less money! (Granted they only come in two sizes.)

If you ever have the chance to go to Flour bakery in Boston, try the Vegan Chocolate Cake. I don’t care if you are a carnivore and swear by Epic Meal Time’s bacon bible, the cake is absolutely scrumptious and you wouldn’t be able to tell it was vegan at all.
